DELIVERY INFO

Where do you deliver?
Right now, we have pan-India coverage. Based on the orders, we ship to addresses from across the
world.


How long will my delivery take?
The package will be sent for shipment in 24 hours to 48 hours. After the package has left our warehouse,
normal delivery time is 1-3 business days for orders shipped in India. You can check the tracking number
on the respective delivery partner’s website.

Can I cancel or change my order?
For most products ordered from the Bumpy Rides web store, you have the right to return and refund 48
hours from the day you receive your order. You can cancel the order only before it is shipped. If your
order has already been shipped, you can return the package following our return policies after getting
confirmation from us. Please mention your name, order ID and the products you wish to cancel/return
along with the reasons. Send an e-mail to support@bumpyrides.in to arrange the return/exchange.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the delivery stage at our delivery partner’s website by feeding your order ID. To track
your shipment, visit https://www.shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking to track your shipment by entering the
tracking ID and click on the ‘TRACK’ button.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, if your delivery is delayed our delivery partner will share a new
delivery timeframe with you. However, in case you require urgent delivery, please write to us at
support@bumpyrides.in or raise your concern on Whatsapp @ 99443 92702, and we will try our best to
expedite your shipment.

My shipment is out for delivery? When will I receive it?
When your parcel is out for delivery from the warehouse, it will be delivered to you anytime between
10:00 am and 8:00 pm on the same day; at times next day during peak festive days.

What if my package didn’t arrive?
Home deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
For undeliverable packages, you can reach us at support@bumpyrides.in to arrange a redelivery.

If we cannot re-dispatch orders that have been returned to us as undeliverable, we will consider your
order cancelled (even in the absence of your formal cancellation) and we will issue you a full refund. If
the order has not been collected at the given address, we will refund the product cost after deducting the
delivery and handling costs.

PRODUCT RETURNS & DAMAGES

What if the products received are damaged or incorrect?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team at
support@bumpyrides.in and they will assist you. Indicate your name, order number and products
concerned. Attach an image of damaged products if possible. You can find the order number in the order
confirmation and shipping confirmation emails we have sent you.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We want you to be 100% happy with the purchase! If you are not happy with the purchased product for
any reason, you may return it within 48 hours for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping
charges). Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags
attached. Please read our detailed Returns Policy page and get a return confirmation from Bumpy Rides.

What payment methods do you accept?
With Domestic and International Credit & Debit cards, EMIs (Credit/Debit Cards & Cardless), PayLater,
Net banking from 58 banks, UPI and 8 mobile wallets, “Razorpay”, our payment gateway partner provide
the most extensive set of payment methods.

PAYMENT SAFETY:

How safe our payment card and bank details?
Your data is 100% safe. Razorpay uses the highest assurance SSL/TLS certificate, which makes sure
that unauthorized persons cannot access your sensitive payment data over the internet. All your
sensitive data are encrypted and your 16-digit card number is replaced with random token numbers
making it extremely difficult to find out the actual card number.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card that was originally entered to make the payment
during the checkout process.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take to receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or received the returned product, the refund will be
processed within 5-7 business days.
